Kuwait endured a night of intense Iranian strikes, after a second power generation and desalination plant was hit in under 24 hours. Kuwait's Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy confirmed the second strike caused a fire in one of the plant's components and deactivated multiple generation units, a day after a separate facility was struck in the south of the country.
